Repentance & Refreshing

Scripture: Acts 3:19–20

Contemplative: Confession prayer.

Contending: Pray for moral awakening in the city.

God calls us to repentance as the doorway to refreshing and restoration. In quiet confession, we acknowledge our shortcomings and turn back to Him, trusting His promise to pour out His Spirit and renewal. This personal turning opens the way for hearts to be renewed and lives to be restored. From this place, we intercede for our city, praying for a moral awakening and a widespread return to God’s ways.

Lord, we confess our sins and turn back to You, trusting in Your promise of renewal and refreshing. Cleanse our hearts, restore our souls, and fill us with Your Spirit. We pray for our city, that You would awaken hearts, revive righteousness, and bring many to repentance. May Your mercy flow through us and transform our community. Amen.

“Nothing is more beautiful than a soul that repents.” — Tertullian
