The Win

As our Production Manager, you help create a culture of seeking God in every gathering. You win when people leave talking about the presence of God, not the production.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Production Team on Sundays and at church-wide events.
• Schedule and oversee production volunteers.
• Manage all production equipment and physical resources.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new volunteers.
• Oversee the setup and teardown of the gathering room each Sunday.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and install production equipment as needed.
• Assist the Music Director during rehearsals and pre-gathering run-throughs.
• Ensure weekly audio and video recordings are high quality.
• Upload the Sunday sermon to media channels by Sunday afternoon.

• Committed to helping people love God and make disciples in their local community.
• Demonstrates the character and integrity of a deacon (1 Timothy 3).
• Walks in integrity both on and off stage.
• Has a working and growing knowledge of audio, video, and lighting systems.
